01. The Preamble

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000. It is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This agreement governs Individual Job Seekers, Corporate Employers, and Students seeking skill development ("Learners").

02. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age. Minor students participating in vocational training via the Xitamin portal must provide verified parental or guardian consent.

Account Veracity

Impersonating another person or entity is a criminal offense. Xitamin Solution Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to report such activities to the relevant Cyber-Cell authorities in Bihar.

03. Aatmanirbhar Bharat

Xitamin Naukri is uniquely positioned as a skill-enhancement partner. We provide training in digital marketing, web development, and e-commerce management.

Note: Completion of a course does not guarantee a specific salary bracket. Certificates are private certifications aimed at skill validation.

04. Candidate Obligations

Candidates are granted a limited license for job-seeking purposes. You agree not to post misleading information or "Keyword Stuff" your resume to manipulate algorithms.

05. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must adhere to strict ethical guidelines. No "Pay-to-Work" Schemes: Charging candidates registration fees or security deposits is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

06. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including the "Xitamin" branding and UI design, is the property of Xitamin Solution Pvt. Ltd. Scraping or de-compiling the site is forbidden.

07. Limitation of Liability

We act as a bridge and are not responsible for the employment terms offered by recruiters or the behavior of candidates during the hiring process.

08. Fees & Payments

While standard search is free, premium features (like Resume Boost) are subject to GST. All payments are generally non-refundable.

09. Termination

Xitamin reserves the right to terminate access for breach of terms, inactivity of over 24 months, or if required by legal authorities.
